Deceased member’s name and where to send cards along with the date of death if know so flags can be draped if they are in that category PGP, PSP. Like this and do not know why people are not using
Yes, ma’am, it does. The forms are set up so that some questions don’t appear until/unless they are applicable. In this case, if the chaplain selects “Yes” for ill members, a box will appear for them to include the name, address and illness for the relevant member(s).
This is still a new tool for everyone to use and we are slowly spreading information about how to use it. One suggestion that I made recently was to have a member with a device that is able to go to the website have the form open for members to fill in the form while they are at their meeting… which is currently done on paper. Change isn’t easy for everyone, but we keep trying.
